1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk1921 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who registers an account or otherwise accesses or uses the tk1921 website and its associated services, including the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, bonuses, promotions, and payment facilities.

By accessing the tk1921 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective from January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tk1921 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

3. Account Registration

Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. tk1921 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed, associated bonuses forfeited, and the player may be permanently prohibited from re-registering.

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon completing registration, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other person. tk1921 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any suspicious request for your password should be reported to the support team immediately.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk1921 is required to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to tk1921 accounts must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is detected, tk1921 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities pending investigation. Deposits are credited to the player's tk1921 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the player's available balance after deducting any active bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. tk1921 reserves the right to conduct additional verification where an alternative withdrawal method is requested.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the tk1921 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. tk1921 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by the player's bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk1921 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general principles apply to all tk1921 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the qualification criteria stated in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry dates are published on each promotion page.

• Abuse of bonus offers, including (but not limited to) use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploitation of game mechanics to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. User Obligations

By using the tk1921 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. You will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You will not use the tk1921 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that breaches applicable law.
• You will not attempt to gain unfair advantage over the platform or other players through the use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, data scraping, or any form of collusion.
• You will not use any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to tk1921 support immediately. Exploitation of a known or unknown vulnerability is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• You will not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tk1921 staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• You will not access the tk1921 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising tool for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions or disguising your identity or location.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live sporting events, and that tk1921 makes no guarantee of any particular outcome or financial return.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

tk1921 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
• tk1921 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• tk1921 is required to take action by a relevant regulatory authority or by applicable law.
• The player has self-excluded from the platform via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

Where an account is closed by tk1921 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and returned to the player where no evidence of fraud or policy breach exists in relation to those funds.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the tk1921 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method. Players who have an active self-exclusion in place may not re-register until the exclusion period has elapsed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1921's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms, the platform, or any service provided shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk1921 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if tk1921 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

tk1921 takes reasonable steps to ensure that its platform is available continuously and free from technical faults. However, tk1921 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. In the event of a technical failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or wager, tk1921 will investigate and resolve the situation at its discretion. Wagers affected by technical faults may be voided and stakes returned.

tk1921 is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or latency of internet connections used by players to access the platform. Players in areas of Bangladesh with slower or less stable network connectivity use the platform at their own risk in relation to session interruptions caused by connectivity issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits tk1921's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
